テキスト2:  最近では、少しずつ業務全般のサポートから担当アシスタント業務が増えてきたので、最近行ったアシスタント業務の中から2つほどご紹介してみようと思います。   ①パース作成：建築家の先生から届いた図面から、お客様が気になっている外壁の色味などをイメージしやすいようにパース（3Dモデル）を作成しました！ パース作成では。お打ち合わせでお客様が「すごい！これがあったらイメージしやすい！」と喜んでくださる姿を見て、「やってよかった！」とやりがいを直に感じることができ、とても嬉しかったです！✨

テキスト3:  ②サンプル探し：お客様が気になっている色味や素材の外壁や床材などのサンプルを探したりしました！ サンプル探しはこんな素材や色味の商品があることや、素材ごとの価格の違いなども知ることができて、とても楽しかったです！

テキスト2:  さて、今回は私の業務の一部を紹介していこうと思います！ 写真はTikTokの編集をしている最中です💪 初めてTikTokをいれたので、分からないことだらけで戸惑いました… しかし少しだけ時代に追いついた気がします！！   TikTokは、月に２回ほど土曜日の午後５時半にアップしております。 実夢さんと2人で協力しあいながらTikTokを盛り上げれるように励んでいます🔥 編集の具体的な内容は、文字の大きさやテロップが出てくるタイミング、動画再生の速さの調整などしております。 文字の出てくるタイミングや引くタイミング、文字の場所、音楽のセレクトなどなど、意外にむずかしくて苦戦していますが、楽しく作成させてもらってます☺

テキスト1:リビングダイニングキッチンは、 常に過ごす場所だし 来客をもてなす場所でもあることから 家の中で一番こだわりたいところ。   しかし、一方で 常にいる場所であるがゆえに、 「生活感」の塊のような空間にも なってしまいやすいところでもあります。   そんなわけで今回は、 こだわってつくった リビングダイニングキッチンを 常にオシャレでカッコよく保つために、 「生活感」を打破する工夫について お伝えしていきたいと思います。   この工夫は 弊社のお家の大きな特徴でもあり、 大まかに分けると２つあるので、 ぜひ参考にしていただければと思います。   まず１つ目の工夫は、 「キッチン周りから生活感を消す工夫」 です。   対面式キッチンが当たり前の現在、 ダイニングやリビングから見えるところは キッチンの手元を隠すために キッチン前につくるカウンターと キッチンの背面スペースなのですが、 これらのスペースは油断をすると なんやかんやと置いたり貼ったり してしまう場所ですからね。   例えば、キッチン前のカウンター。 この高さは床から1m〜1m10cmの間で つくられることが多いのですが、 この高さは何かを置くのに 最も丁度いい高さでもあります。   結果、調味料はもちろん いつも使うような生活用品なども ついついここに 「ちょこん」と置いてしまいます。 そしてそれが慢性化し、 リビングやダイニングからの景色は 「生活感」の塊と化していきます。   また、冷蔵庫は 一般的にキッチンの背面に 置くようになっていますが、 冷蔵庫はマグネットボードのように 磁石がくっつくことから ゴミの日程表や学校の連絡網などを ついつい貼ってしまうのではないでしょうか。 （名付けなんかもここに貼っちゃいますよね）   その上、レンジやジャーの周りも いつも使うようなものは ついつい出しっぱなしにしてしまいますしね。

テキスト2:そして、これらの合わせ技によって リビングダイニングキッチンから 急速にオシャレ感が消え去ることになります。   他方、キッチン前カウンターに ついつい何かを置いてしまうのであれば、 そもそも何も置けないような カウンターにしてしまえば、 置きたくても置けなくなります。   つまりカウンターの厚みを 思い切って超薄型にし、 ただ手元を隠すだけの役割にしてしまう というわけですね。   また、冷蔵庫に関しても 思い切ってリビングやダイニングから 見えないところに隠してしまえば、 どれだけ色んなものを ペタペタと貼ったとしても 一切生活感が出なくなるし、 家電製品も同じように 思い切ってリビングやダイニングから 見えないところに隠してしまえば、 そんなに毎日キチキチと片付けなくても 生活感丸出しになることもありません。   ゆえ、弊社ではキッチンの背面に 大きなサイズのパントリーをつくり、 そこに冷蔵庫や家電を置くという スタイルを推奨しています。   パントリーをつくれば キッチン背面がスッキリするだけじゃなく、 リビングやダイニングから見えないところに 死角となる壁が出来ることになるため、 ゴミの日程表や学校の連絡網はもちろん、 子供たちが幼稚園や保育園で描いた絵や つくったものなんかも ここに貼ったり置いておいたり 出来ますしね。   そんなわけで弊社では、 この2つを間取り提案時に 度々取り入れさせていただいている というわけですね。   もちろん、パントリーに関しては、 家電までの距離が遠くなる という欠点もあるので、 これとて「完璧な提案」 というわけではないのですが、 その点に関しましては、 どっちを優先するかで 判断していただけたらと思います。     <p style="margin: 0px; テキスト3: ちえこのおばんざいとAH食堂は週１回、社長のお母さん(ちえこさん)と社長の奥さん(司さん)がお昼ごはんをつくってくれます。毎週「今日は何かな～」と、とても楽しみにしており、お昼の時間が近づくと、事務所内にいい香りが漂っています。おばんざいはとてもあたたかく、お腹も心も満たされ「午後も頑張ろう！」という気持ちになります。 先日、Instagramのストーリーズや弊社スタッフのブログに掲載されていた、ちらし寿司が出たときは、「念願のちらし寿司!」と思わずテンションが上がってしまいました💦 皆さんにも食べていただきたいのですが、ちえこのおばんざいはエイジングハウススタッフの特権です🙇

テキスト1:「中庭」は 土地の日当たり問題を解消する 最高の手段であり、 明るさと開放感を手に入れるために 必要不可欠な要素でもあるということを、 お伝えさせていただいたのですが、 「中庭」を手に入れると 日々の暮らしの中で 数多くの恩恵を受けることが出来ます。   例えば、 「食事を外で取ることが出来る」 ということ。   休日の朝、マックを買ってきて 「中庭」で食べる。 昼下がり、「中庭」に出て コーヒーを片手に本を読んだり ボケーっと日向ぼっこをする。 夜は「中庭」に出て月夜の下 みんなでホットプレートを囲んで お肉を焼いたり、 焼きそばやお好み焼きをつくったり。   このように家に居ながら ちょっとしたキャンプ気分が味わえるだけで ずいぶんと暮らしが 豊かになるのではないでしょうか。

テキスト2:人目を気にしなくていい「中庭」では、 暑い夏の日には、親も水着になって 子供たちとプール遊びが出来ますしね（笑）   また「中庭」は、 家事に育児、そして仕事に忙しい 奥様にとって強い味方となります。 「庭」が家の中にあれば、 子供たちを外で遊ばせるために わざわざ家事の手を止めて外に出ずとも、 中庭（外）で遊ぶ子供たちを横目に 料理や洗濯、お掃除をやることが出来ます。   また、洗濯物を 「中庭」で干すことが出来るため、 干すまでの動線が大幅に短縮出来ます。 なにせ「中庭」がないお家で、 外で洗濯物を干すとなれば、 勝手口ドアを出て隣家との間のスペースまで 洗濯物を干しに行くか、 わざわざ階段を上って 2階のベランダまで洗濯物を 干しに行かないといけませんからね。   そして「干す」だけじゃなく、 「取り込んで片付ける」動線も 大幅に短縮出来ます。 「中庭」に洗濯物を干せば、 リビングから数歩で 洗濯物に辿りつくことが出来るし、 その近くに収納さえ設けていれば、 取り込んだ洗濯物を片付ける動線も 圧倒的に短くなりますからね。   「中庭」がないお家だと、 勝手口ドアを介して リビングと外を何度も 行ったり来たりしないといけないか、 階段を介して 上下を行ったり来たりしないといけないため、 時間のロスも大きくなるし、 なによりその作業が大変ですしね。 洗濯は料理同様に毎日のことですからね。   「中庭」があれば、 お布団だってそこに干すことが出来るので、 人目に触れることなく お布団を日光に当てて 除菌してあげられますよね。   その上、家を平屋にして 全ての部屋を「中庭」に アクセスしやすいようにしておけば、 いつでも簡単に お布団を干すことが出来ますしね。   いかがでしたか？ 「中庭」がある暮らしが どんなものなのかを ご想像いただけたのではないでしょうか。   というわけなので、 こんなお家を実際に見てみたいなー と思っていただけたなら、 ぜひ一度弊社の中庭付きモデルハウスを 見に来ていただけたらと思います。 いつでも気軽にご連絡ください！   <p style="margin: 0px; テキスト1:  皆様こんにちは！ エイジングハウスの早川大地です。   少しずつ春らしい気候になってきて、日中は暑さすら感じつつありますね🌸   私事ではございますが、この度我が家に女の子が誕生しました！ ということで、今回は、我が子との初対面を果たした新米パパの喜びをお伝えしていきます。   初産にも関わらず予定日よりも1週間ほど早まり、私自身もまだ先かなと思っていたのですが、やはりお産は何があるかわからないですね。   深夜から陣痛がはじまり、必死に陣痛の痛みに耐える妻と、無我夢中でお尻を押す私とのやり取りが続き、午前11時48分、元気な泣き声が分娩室に響き渡りました👶

テキスト2:  初めて見る赤ちゃんが思ったよりも紫色で、しばらく放心状態でしたが、大仕事をやり遂げた妻の処置が終わり、母子ともに大事がなく安心したと同時に涙が溢れてきました😭   それからというもの、私と妻の写真を撮る手がとまりません。毎日顔が変わり、色んな表情を見せてくれる娘の写真が毎日100枚ほど増えていきます。とりあえず撮っておけ！というような感覚で、後から選別が大変そうです💦   中でも、ミルクを飲んだ後に昇天する顔がお気に入りです。

テキスト3:  2日目はカメラマンさんにお越しいただいて、綺麗な飾りつけとともにニューボーンフォトを撮影いただきました。 よく寝てくれるので、ぐずることもなく、撮影ができました。   いや、どんな表情してんねん！笑

テキスト1:  みなさま、こんにちは！ エイジングハウスの濱稚菜です。 先日担当のお客様の地鎮祭（じちんさい）が行われました！ 地鎮祭は、日本の伝統的な儀式で、新しい建物を建設する前にその土地を祓い清め、安全と成功を祈願するものです。 土地の神様や周辺の自然霊への敬意を表し、工事中の事故や災害を避けるための願いを込めて行われます🌸

テキスト2:  儀式では、お施主様が鍬を使って「えいっ！」と言いながら地面を掘る「地鎮の儀」という行動が含まれます。 今回はお施主様がとても大きな声で行ってくださり、私たちも身が引き締まる思いでした！ お家が無事完成するよう、引き続きしっかり準備してまいります！

テキスト2:  普段コーディネーター業務をしている私ですが、 実は兼任で交流委員会というお仕事もしております✊️ 交流委員会のお仕事としては社内の親睦を深め、社員同士のコミュニケーションを深めるイベントを計画・実行します。 社内の風通しが良いと、仕事の相談や意見交換がしやすい良い労働環境ですよね。 直近では、新入社員の入社を歓迎する意味を込めて、メッセージカードを作成しました。
